AxHub is Axis’s employee engagement and networking app — built around the idea “make moves, build connections.” It brings featured news, community updates, trending content, and a magazine into one place so people can discover, connect, and grow.
In large organisations, employees often feel disconnected from their peers and lack a sense of belonging. This disconnection leads to reduced collaboration, low engagement, and declining motivation.
To create a unified app that streamlines communication, resource sharing, and employee engagement, while fostering meaningful connections and boosting productivity across the organisation.
Interviewed employees, mapped how information flowed, and pinpointed where engagement broke down.
Structured the app around a home feed, community, trending, and a magazine for quick, intuitive access.
Created a bold, friendly visual language and a reusable component library in the Axis orange identity.
Built interactive prototypes, validated the core flows, and delivered dev-ready specs and assets.
This analysis helped us identify key features and user needs within the employee engagement space. Though tailored for the Axis organization, this research allowed us to enhance AxHub's features and ensure it stands out by focusing on internal communication, resource sharing, and engagement.
